We accept booking through Facebook and Airbnb.
For Facebook direct booking, we require 50% downpayment through cash, GCash, or BPI bank transfer. For more details, please contact us on Facebook.
The average price for 6 pax is ₱10000-₱15000. Each additional adult is ₱800; ₱400 for kids age 2-10. For the exact rate, please inquire through Facebook or Airbnb.
- Credit card: Credit card payments are available on site and through Airbnb.
- Cash: We accept cash on site.
- GCash: We accept GCash for bookings through Facebook and all transactions on site.
- BPI Transfer: We accept BPI Transfer for bookings through Facebook and all transactions on site.
- We accept a maximum of two pets per villa.
- An additional fee of ₱700 will be charged.
- A refundable pet security deposit of ₱2000 will be collected upon check-in. (This is in addition to the room security deposit ₱5000. If you bring your pets, we will collect a total of ₱7000 refundable security deposit upon check in.)
- We only accept pets weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Pets must wear diapers throughout their stay, and owners are responsible to clean up after their pets.
- To keep our villas clean and comfortable for all guests, pets are not allowed on the sofas, beds, or swimming pools. Additional fees will apply if any stains or odors are found on the furniture.
We provide the followings in the kitchen: pots, frying pans, pressure cooker, rice cooker (capacity 2kg), fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, drinking water (20L), chef knives, scissors, spatula. For any cooking that produces grease and odour, please use the outdoor kitchen.
For B Villa we allow up to 2 cars for free parking. Each additional car after that is ₱300 per day.
Yes, you can order food delivery such as Foodpanda or Grab during your stay.
House Rules
Please handle the villa’s property with care so that other guests can also enjoy.
Only light cooking such as boiling is allowed in the indoor kitchen. For frying, deep frying, roasting etc., please use the outdoor kitchen only.
Before You Check-in...
Refundable Security Deposit ₱5000 is Required
We hope all guests will treat our resort like their own house. However, we do require a ₱5000 refundable security deposit upon check-in. This can be deposited through cash, GCash, or BPI Transfer.
Swimming Pool
We do not have a life guard on site. All children must be under the supervision of an adult at all time while they are in the pool area. We provide free floater. We ask all guests to kindly handle the floaters gently as they are fragile. For any broken floaters we collect ₱1000 for damage fee.
Kitchen Policy
Strictly no heavy cooking in the indoor kitchen. For any deep frying, barbecuing etc., please use the outdoor kitchen.
